Our unique six-week program will help you better cope with everyday life, situations, and stressors. Our goal is help give you the skills and capacity to create your own wellness plan for What Matters in Life.
Leveraging the power of peer support and well proven life skills training, the program will encourage and strengthen you on your path to wellness.
Led by a highly experienced licensed clinical social worker, the curriculum includes anxiety management skills, expressive therapy, setting and maintaining boundaries, and psycho-education focused on building a healthy lifestyle.
Therapy groups meet weekly in the evening or on a Saturday morning for 90 minutes at our convenient and easy to access Pittsburgh office.
Insurance is not accepted for this wellness group therapy program however the cost mirrors the average fee paid by insurance for group work/therapy.
